Timehop reminded me today that we looked at a farm a year ago. My husband and my dream was to own a property similar to the ones we were raised in. We put an offer in and got the process rolling... little did we know, we just got that ball rolling on the longest five months of our lives.
The property was “for sale by owner” and emotions became greater than logical value. Christina was our realtor and worked her butt off trying to reason with the sellers. She worked with the inspectors, contractors, our loan officer, and eventually the lawyer. We clearly had no idea the mess we were getting us and her into. Her staff was incredible and protected us the entire way. She communicated with us daily and became a great mentor for property buying.
When we eventually found our dream home, Christina lined up multiple showings and we closed within six weeks. It was an incredibly smooth process when we worked through Christina and the sellers worked with a realtor too. We can not recommend Christina enough. She showed she knew her stuff and was on our team from the beginning to the end. Truly a local leader in realty!

Christina was a better realtor than we could've hoped for! We are very particular in what we wanted and sometimes I felt like we were bothering her all the time, but she never dropped the ball. Christina helped us understand the process when it got confusing. She assisted us in getting a fair deal, and she never swayed us toward the houses that would give her a higher commission.
