With over 20+ years in the real estate industry and my diverse background, I have an excellent understanding of Real Estate and how to cater to the needs of a wide variety of clients. I know the importance of following your dreams. I grew up aspiring to be a lawyer, although I did not attend law school until my early 40s. This legal education has proven very beneficial when it comes to dealing with issues that sometimes occur during the home buying and selling process.

When I purchased my first home, I discovered how little I knew about what was involved in purchasing a home and how to obtain the right loan. As a former lender, and now Realtor, I always take the time to educate new buyers, explaining every step of the buying and selling process. I also work with hand chosen lenders who aspire to the same philosophy.Having raised three children, I understand the importance of finding the right home in the right neighborhood; so our children can go to a particular school.

Working in patient care at both CHLA and Shriner's Hospital for Children for 15 years also trained me in understanding the practical and personal needs of those who can be so vulnerable. I learned firsthand the importance of treating people with dignity and respect. I learned to listen to individuals and family members, in an effort to understand their specific issues and needs.

As the granddaughter of a former WW2 Merchant Marine, I understand the sacrifice made by our military personal. We owe our freedoms and lives to the men and women who risked themselves for our country. I have helped numerous families navigate the Veteran home buying process. I am knowledgeable in both the loan and real estate requirements of securing a home for one of our treasured veterans.

I apply all these skills in my real estate business.
